The Worship Changes Our Perspective Blog Series describes how our thoughts about God expressed through a lifestyle of worship not only exalts God (which is the most important part of worship); it dramatically changes the way we view life as it happens around us. The first blog explores this idea further. The next six blogs look at various attributes of God and how worshipping God in these ways can affect how we think and live. The final blog delves into how we can grow as God's worshippers, so that we increasingly give glory to God and view life from His perspective. MinistryLift Members can also watch video versions of the blogs (the first one is open to everyone) that were originally recorded for an online Doctor of Ministry class at ACTS Seminaries.

When Johnny Markin did the following training sessions on Worship Ministry for MinistryLift in 2014, he had been serving as Pastor of Worship Ministries at Northview Community Church in Abbotsford, BC, since June 2000. He had been involved in worship leading, team building, mentoring, songwriting, and album production in North America and Europe for over 25 years and was in the last stages of completing his Masters of Worship Studies from the Robert Webber Institute for Worship Studies in Florida.
